the quality award of 2000/2001 from the minister of
Jordanian agriculture after passing vigorous physical ad
chemical test according to the strictest international
standards , the results confirm the acidity is less than
(1%), free of cholesterol and classified as extra-virgin
olive oil recognized with premium quality and produced
by latest scientific processes, therefore it is food and
medicine . |
